In the period of July - November 2003, Compudava Foundation obtained and shipped 200 Pentium II computers to Moldova. In December 2003, the computers were donated to three of the most important medical institutions of the country: Republican Hospital (80 computers), Institute of Cardiology (70 computers) and Balti Municipal Hospital (50 computers). At the moment, these three institutions are finalizing their LAN network. It will give the hospitals the possibility to face the demands of the new medical insurance system and use modern health care and management techniques.

The project aims at providing 565 computers to eight medical institutions of the country: Institute of Scientific Research of Mother and Child Health Protection, Institute of Oncology, Infectious Diseases Hospital "Toma Ciorba", Scientific and Practical Centre of Neurology and Neurosurgery, Psychiatric Hospital, Dermatological and Venereal Diseases Republican Hospital, Emergency Hospital of Chisinau, and Regional Hospital from Causeni.
At the moment, the Foundation is looking for necessary funds to cover computer shipment from Great Britain to Moldova and local administrative costs of project implementation.
